LIMESTONE MANSION CANCELLATION POLICY

As a boutique 10-room inn nestled in charming Cherry Valley, New York, the Limestone Mansion values each guest's experience and endeavors to provide an intimate and personalized stay. Given our limited room inventory, we request adherence to the following cancellation policies:

CANCELLATIONS OF 14 DAYS OR GREATER:
• Full refund of monies paid

CANCELLATIONS OF LESS THAN 14 DAYS:
• Forfeit of the 50% deposit that was paid.

WEDDING OR WHOLE HOUSE RESERVATIONS:
• Wedding or whole house reservations are subject to a 60-day or more notice of cancellation in order to avoid losing deposit money paid.

THIRD PARTY RESERVATIONS:
• Reservations made through third-party websites are bound by the cancellation policies agreed to during the booking on their respective platforms.
• Any cancellations for third-party bookings must be processed through the third-party website.

NO SHOWS & EARLY TERMINATION OF STAY:
• No shows will be charged in full. Guests who terminate their reserved stay early, will not be refunded for the unused days.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATION FOR CONTRACTED RESERVATIONS:
• If your reservation is part of a wedding block or another group block subject to a contract, the terms outlined in the contract supersede the general cancellation policy. Refer to the contract or contact your group host for specific details.
